An animated 3D model of the ifurno Trapeez study / work table. It starts as a sealed flat carton, unpacks onto the floor and builds up step by step: two trapezium side frames, an X-brace across the back, the laminated top, then the monitor riser and two bag hooks. It ends as a styled desk in an explorer where you can turn it, open an exploded view, see the flat pack and change the colour combination.

Trapeez study / work table

Study or work. One flat box.

The ifurno Trapeez study / work table: a powder-coated steel frame, a laminated top with a contrasting 2 mm edge, and a monitor riser along the back.

Arrives flat

Two side frames, two brace rods, the top, the riser and two hooks come packed flat in one carton of about 120 × 60 × 13 cm.

Laid out on the floor

Unpack and lay everything out by letter. The side frames go down where the table will stand.

    Raise the side frames

Tilt both trapezium frames upright, a tabletop’s width apart, with the long rail at the top and the legs sloping in to the feet.

    Brace the back

Fix the two steel rods across the back legs in an X. The cross keeps the frame square.

    Bolt down the top

Lower the laminated top onto both frames and fix it in place with the hex key.

    Add the riser and hooks

Fix the two riser legs at the back of the top, lay the shelf across them, then hang a hook on each side frame.

    Ready for work

Two screens up on the riser, the keyboard in front, a bag on the hook and room underneath for a PC.
